Two types of support,
one shared intention.
Each person comes with their own story, emotions, and needs. My role is to offer a safe and tailored space, helping you draw on your inner resources to move toward autonomy and the freedom to be yourself. Together, we’ll choose the approach that feels most aligned for you.

A space where your experience truly matters
My therapeutic approach takes into account the social realities that shape our paths — gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, social class, disability… Some forms of suffering don’t come solely from within, but also from the world around us. Anxiety, for instance, isn’t just a “personality trait”: it can sometimes be a healthy response to an oppressive environment.
I offer a safe and respectful space to explore everything that moves through you — in your uniqueness, your contradictions, and your complexity.

You have the right to have doubts.
What if I don’t really know why I’m coming?
You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin therapy.
Sometimes, just feeling a sense of unease, insecurity, or a desire for change is more than enough. Together, we’ll take the time to find the words and bring clarity, at your own pace.
Coming to therapy also means no longer facing your emotions alone. It’s about having a space where you can lay down what’s weighing on you — a kind, non-judgmental space, outside of your usual circle. A space that’s truly yours, where you can express what you feel, exactly as you feel it.
Is what I’m going through “serious enough” to seek help?
There’s no threshold to meet in order to ask for support. You can come to therapy because you’re struggling — but also simply because you want to feel better, understand yourself more deeply, or take care of your emotional well-being.
All reasons are valid. And sometimes, starting before things get worse is the best gift you can give yourself.
What if I’m not sure this is right for me?
It’s completely normal to have doubts at the beginning.
The first session is there to get to know each other, explore your needs together, and see if the framework I offer feels right for you. This isn’t a fixed commitment — the support we build will take shape through our conversations, at your own pace.
And if at any point we feel that another type of help might be more suitable, I will guide you with care to find what truly works for you. What matters most is that you feel supported in a space that genuinely serves you.
Are remote sessions just as effective?
Yes. Many people choose online sessions for the comfort and flexibility they offer — and the therapeutic connection works just as well at a distance.
I offer both in-person and remote sessions, so you can choose the format that suits you best.
THE FIRST STEP
“The first session is a time to get to know each other.
It allows us to discuss your needs, explore what you’re looking for, and lay the foundations for our work together.
It’s also a moment for you to see how you feel in the space — your sense of comfort is essential.”
