Who I am
I am Claire Le Mignon, a certified therapist in Gestalt Therapy (IPFP) and Applied Neurosciences (ITS London). I support individuals going through periods of questioning, upheaval, or transition. My approach is integrative, sensitive, and structured — drawing on active listening, body awareness, phenomenology, and the latest neuroscience research.
My journey
My personal experiences led me to deep introspection and transformation, which I continue to explore and integrate into both my life and my practice. Before becoming a therapist, I worked for twenty years in the corporate world — evolving within complex, multicultural, and demanding environments.
There, I developed skills in listening, strategy, and human relations, which now enrich my therapeutic posture. Gradually, one essential question emerged: “What am I truly putting my energy in service of?” That need for alignment led me to radically shift toward therapeutic support.
Today, I do what brings the most meaning to my life journey: helping others understand themselves, move forward, and reconnect deeply with who they are.
My stance, my commitment

A safe and supportive space
In the therapeutic setting I offer, you’ll find:
• Active and non-judgmental listening
• A focus on bodily sensations, emotions, and thoughts
• Practical tools to better understand yourself and move forward
My approach is integrative and evolving, grounded in regular supervision, and aligned with the ethical guidelines of the French Gestalt Society (SFG).

An inclusive environment
A welcoming space for all identities and lived experiences. I am particularly mindful of the social realities that shape our lives — including gender, sexual orientation, cultural background, social status, disability, and neurodivergence.
Some forms of suffering stem not only from within, but also from the systems and environments we live in. My commitment is to offer a safe, inclusive, and respectful space.
